This is a free to use group sheet. It will send your family infromation to anyone you wish. Just fill in the blanks press ENTER or scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the SEND button.

Your Email client will open and the information will be there. Fill in the SENT TO: and send it.

This form or site does not save any thing you enter.  When you exit the site all information is gone. If you would like to send more than 1 group sheet use the Clear form button at the bottom of the page and start over.
